Andrea & Fabian Celebrate 10-year Wedding Anniversary!

In 1998, Andrea married 50’s rock ‘n roll icon Fabian in a beautiful ceremony took that place at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa in southwestern Pennsylvania.  Four years later, Andrea was at her husband’s side as he was honored as one of the first artists of his era to be inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  The couple makes their home just south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  The 5,000 square foot house, designed by Andrea, is situated on over 20 acres.

Andrea met Fabian on October 2, 1991 and have been together ever since.  They were brought together by Fabian's dog, Louie as Andrea was running one day.  They started celebrating their 10-year anniversary with a trip to Maui  earlier this year to the exact location where Fabian proposed and will be visiting Italy later this year to complete their whirlwind romantic marraige celebration.  We are also very proud to say that Fabian will be honored this Fall with the prestigious Harvey Award from the Jimmy Stewart organization on October 24th for his work in the Jimmy Stewart films, Mr. Hobbs Takes A Vacation and Dear Brigette. Andrea Patrick Forte is not only the CEO/Owner of one the world's most enduring and service-oriented modeling agencies, but she embodies everything her models represents.  She is one of the only titleholders to capture the crown in both systems being named Miss Pennsylvania-USA in 1980 and Miss West Virginia America in 1983 and she continues to represent some of the world's most beautiful models from the pageant arena.  Andrea has been working in the modeling and fashion industry for more than half her life and continues to keep her focus in the entertainment industry.  

Andrea has been featured on the cover of Supermodels Unlimited Most Beautiful Issue in 2006 and was named one of Pittsburgh's 25 Most Beautiful People in 2006 by Pittsburgh Magazine.  This former model turned entrepreneur has appeared in Beverly Hills 213, LA Style, Whirl Magazine, Corridor Magazine, Star Magazine, Four Points Magazine & Supermodels Unlimited and appeared in People Magazine with her husband, 50's icon, Fabian in their Most Beautiful Wedding Issue.
 

In 2005, Andrea started writing a modeling advice column for Supermodels Unlimited titled, "Dear Andrea" which became so popular that Andrea turned this phenomenon into an inspirational and motivational clothing and product line called "Once Upon A Dream".  She was recently named the Beauty & Fashion Director for Supermodels Unlimited and was named the #1 Most Beautiful in the Industry in the Nov/Dec 2007 Issue.  Look for her new Fashion Column in the Jan/Feb 2008 Issue, titled, "Fashionably Forte" as Andrea shares her tips on style and the history of those trends we have fallen in love with through the decades.

(eFashionWire.Org) – We are proud to announce that Bill Streicher is our Director of Photography and his first installment is a visually stunning  bridal editorial  titled "Barcellona Bella".  Shot on location at Tavern on the Green in New York City, the 6-page editorial features the amazing photography of Bill and one of New York City's most recognized landmarks. Bill is working on a coffee tablebook and is writing a screen play based on his experiences over the past 20 years of photographing fashion across the country. In his first editorial for Gladys, readers will see fashions by Nicole Miller and Pronovias which were provided to Gladys from their Flagship Manhattan Store. Our Fashion Director, Constance Merandi of Coni & Franc Boutique directed the shoot and our Accessories Director, Francesca Merandi provided the spectacular one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.  We were honored to have Don Rokicki as our MUA/Hair Stylist. We are also introducing Niki Shadrow as our Senior Style Editor and her amazing article on Red Carpet Oscar Fashions.
