On Sunday, November 29, 2009, ELENA LaQUATRA of Mt. Lebanon was named MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA 2010 & Gina Cerilli of Greensburg was named MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA 2010. They were crowned at the conclusion of the three day MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA® & MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA® Pageant, which was held at the Hyatt Regency at the Pittsburgh International Airport.MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA 2010 Elena LaQuatra is the 5’8”, brown-eyed, 17 year-old daughter of Paul and Effie LaQuatra of Mt. Lebanon. She attends Mt. Lebanon High School where she a member of the Percussion Ensemble as well as the choreographer of the dance company. Elena is a writer for Gladys Magazine and a spokesperson for The DePaul School for Hearing and Speech and Cochlear Corporation. She describes herself as responsible, giving, and charismatic. Elena’s hobbies include dancing, modeling, biking, and designing clothes
